About Grade 3 Nova Scotia math
Nova Scotia follows the Nova Scotia Curriculum, which organizes Grade 3 math into strands covering number sense and numeration, patterns and algebra, measurement, geometry and spatial sense, and data management and probability. Students build on early number skills, explore two- and three-dimensional shapes, work with time and measurement, and begin reading simple graphs.
