Only the plan's owner is allowed to cancel or modify their plan. If you don't see an option to change or cancel your plan — you are not the owner of your plan.
Two easy ways to tell if you are the owner:
- You should see plan options below your membership info
- You should see the billing info tab
If you're not the plan's owner, then what?
In order to cancel your membership, you will need to contact the person who is paying for your plan (ie. your dad, mom, guardian, etc) and they can log into StudyPug using their account and cancel future billing.
