Introduction

What Are Simple Exchanges?

The most common simple exchange is buying and selling. When you buy something, you give money to get what you want. When someone sells something, they give you what you want and get your money.
How Buying and Selling Works
Buying is when you give money to get something you want. You might buy a book, a snack, or a toy. Selling is when you give something to someone else and they give you money for it.
Think about a lemonade stand. When you sell lemonade, people give you money and you give them a cup of lemonade. When you buy lemonade from someone else, you give them money and they give you the drink.
