About 1st Grade Oregon math
Oregon follows the Oregon Mathematics Standards, which organize learning around operations, number sense, measurement, data, and geometry. Oregon 1st Grade Math Topics

- Number and Operations in Base Ten: Counting to 120, understanding tens and ones in two-digit numbers, comparing two-digit numbers using >, =, and <, adding within 100, and subtracting multiples of 10.
- Measurement and Data: Ordering objects by length, expressing length in whole number units, telling and writing time in hours and half-hours, and organizing and interpreting data with up to three categories.
- Geometry: Distinguishing defining attributes of shapes, building and drawing shapes, composing two- and three-dimensional shapes, and partitioning circles and rectangles into equal shares.
