Solid shapes: getting to know 3D shapes
3D shapes are solid. Besides length and width, they also have depth, so they take up real space. Common 3D shapes include the sphere, cube, cone, and cylinder. Because they are solid, you can pick them up, stack them, or roll them.

How to tell a 2D shape from a 3D shape
