- Algebra and expressions: Interpreting and rewriting expressions, polynomial identities, the Binomial Theorem, rational expressions, and solving rational and radical equations.
- Functions and equations: Solving systems of linear and quadratic equations, exponential and logarithmic functions, inverse functions, and modeling with parameters.
- Trigonometry: Radian measure, the unit circle, special triangles, trigonometric identities including the Pythagorean identity, addition and subtraction formulas, the Laws of Sines and Cosines, and inverse trigonometric functions.
- Geometry: Conic sections including parabolas, ellipses, and hyperbolas; cross-sections of three-dimensional objects; volume formulas; density; and geometric modeling.
- Statistics and probability: Normal distributions, two-way frequency tables, statistical inference, sample surveys and experiments, margin of error, and random variables with expected value.
- Complex numbers: The complex number system, operations with complex numbers, the complex plane in rectangular and polar form, and the Fundamental Theorem of Algebra.
- Vectors and matrices: Vector quantities and operations, scalar multiplication, matrix operations including multiplication and inverses, matrix equations, and geometric transformations.
- Sequences and series: Deriving and applying the formula for the sum of a finite geometric series.
