About High School Vermont English
Vermont follows the Vermont Adopted ELA Standards, organized around reading literature, reading informational texts, writing, speaking and listening, and language and grammar. In 10th grade, students analyze complex literary and informational texts, develop argumentative and explanatory writing, and refine grammar and vocabulary skills.
