Foundations of Journalism for Virginia High School Students
Foundations of Journalism is a high school elective course that teaches students how to gather, evaluate, and communicate information clearly and responsibly. Virginia high school students in this course develop skills in news writing, feature writing, interviewing, editing, and media literacy — skills that connect directly to Virginia's Standards of Learning for English.
