- Trigonometric Functions: Radian measure, the unit circle, special triangle values, symmetry and periodicity, modeling periodic phenomena, inverse trigonometric functions, and trigonometric identities including the Pythagorean identity and addition and subtraction formulas.
- Applying Trigonometry: The Laws of Sines and Cosines, triangle area using sine, and solving problems involving right and non-right triangles.
- Conic Sections and Geometry: Deriving equations of parabolas, ellipses, and hyperbolas; volume formulas for cylinders, pyramids, cones, and spheres; cross-sections of three-dimensional objects; and geometric modeling with density and design problems.
- Statistics and Probability: Normal distributions, two-way frequency tables, statistical inference, sample surveys and experiments, margin of error, random variables, probability distributions, and expected value.
- Complex Numbers: The complex number system, arithmetic and conjugates of complex numbers, the complex plane in rectangular and polar form, and solving quadratic equations with complex solutions.
- Vectors and Matrices: Vector quantities, vector addition and scalar multiplication, matrix operations, matrix transformations of the plane, and solving systems of linear equations using matrices.
- Sequences and Series: Deriving and applying the formula for the sum of a finite geometric series.
