About High School Louisiana English

Louisiana follows the Louisiana Student Standards for English Language Arts, which organize learning into reading literature, reading informational texts, writing, speaking and listening, and language and grammar. In 12th grade, students analyze complex literary and informational texts, develop advanced writing skills, and refine grammar and language use.
