  • Circles and coordinate geometry: Inscribed angles, tangent lines, arc length, sector area, equations of circles and parabolas, and using coordinates to prove geometric theorems and compute distances and areas.
  • Volume and geometric modeling: Volume formulas for cylinders, pyramids, cones, and spheres; cross-sections of three-dimensional objects; density; and applying geometric methods to design problems.
  • Probability and statistics: Conditional probability, independence, two-way frequency tables, the Addition and Multiplication Rules, and permutations and combinations for compound events.
