Arkansas 5th Grade ELA — What Students Learn

In 5th grade, Arkansas students dive deeper into reading and writing skills that form the foundation for middle school success. The year covers literary analysis, informational text comprehension, narrative and opinion writing, grammar conventions, and vocabulary development.
