  • Number and Operations in Base Ten: Place value understanding for multi-digit whole numbers, reading and writing numbers in base-ten, expanded, and word form, rounding to any place, fluent multi-digit addition and subtraction, multiplication of up to four-digit numbers by one-digit numbers and two two-digit numbers, and division with up to four-digit dividends.
  • Number and Operations - Fractions and Decimals: Fraction equivalence, comparing fractions with unlike numerators and denominators, fractions as sums of unit fractions, multiplying a fraction by a whole number, converting fractions to decimals with denominators of 10 and 100, and comparing decimals to hundredths.
  • Measurement and Data: Relative sizes of measurement units, solving word problems involving distance, time, volume, mass, and money, applying area and perimeter formulas for rectangles, and making line plots with fractional measurements.
  • Geometry: Understanding angles and rays, measuring and sketching angles with a protractor, additive angle measures, drawing geometric figures including perpendicular and parallel lines, classifying two-dimensional figures, and identifying lines of symmetry.
