That's a fraction, but it's okay. You can still take it as a number. So we know this is a negative, that's a positive, so your final answer should have a negative sign, okay? Now that's three over four times 16. You may want to take your work to the side and actually show your work. So that's three quarter times right there times a 16. To find out a real answer you can actually do a little simplification. That's a one and that's a four. Little bit of reducing right there and you get yourself get four times three which is 12, okay? We get a negative 12 to start off, okay? Then what about the x at the very end? Well this is x. That's x. Again in multiplying you want to make sure you're multiplying the same kind, the like terms actually. So x times the x, right? 
Show a little bit of work. Again if you have the same base you just have to add their exponents together. So you get yourself a two on the top and the answer would be just negative 12 with just 1x and to the power of two and this is your final answer for this question. Thanks for watching.
